  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 cups apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and beat again.
  3. Roll out the pie crust according to the package directions. Place it in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate and leave the extra dough hanging over the edges.
