RV SPACE and/or CASITA for rent in the highly desirable El Rancho Encantado community. The 7040 square foot property is located on a cul-de-sac and features an energy-efficient casita, Arctic Spas unheated exercise pool / swim spa (14' x 7'), ATV / storage garage and separately-available El Espacio Encantado, which is a 50 amp RV space with full hookups. All this on a spacious lot with mature tropical landscaping located on a quiet street with no thru-traffic.
- THE CASITA (LA CASITA ENCANTADA B&B) -
* LA CASITA ENCANTADA (The Enchanted Little House) is a B&B available for short-term rentals and has a full, modern kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry facilities, high-speed WiFi, 55" TV streaming Netflix and Apple+ at no additional charge, softened water, RO-purified drinking and cooking water, queen-sized Murphy bed, energy-efficient mini-split air conditioning / heating, 9' x 20' south-facing covered porch, abundant hard-surfaced patio space for BBQing and entertaining - and even an outdoor shower near the pool.
* LA CASITA ENCANTADA MAY BE RESERVED for a minimum three-night rental and a maximum of two weeks. The all-inclusive rate for the casita is $75 / night and a one- or two-day advance notice prior to arrival is appreciated. Reservations can be made up to three months in advance with a $225 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is applied in full to the rental at check-in, at which point the balance for the entire stay is due. (PLEASE NOTE: La Casita Encantada B&B is limited to occupancy by two adults. Check in time is 1pm; check out time is 10am. Prior arrangement with the manager for early check in or late check out may be arranged. Swim spa is currently closed for annual maintenance.)
- THE RV SPACE (EL ESPACIO ENCANTADO) -
* EL ESPACIO ENCANTADO (The Enchanted Space) is a 50 amp rental RV space capable of accommodating Class A, B and C motorhomes up to 40' and fifth wheels and travel trailers up to 35'. A 12' wide hard-surfaced patio runs the length of the RV space, with mature palm trees providing abundant shade, comfortable patio furniture offering a cozy spot to read or entertain guests and plenty of room to set up your BBQ grill. This lovely patio conveniently extends the space in your RV just outside its door, and the swim spa is just a few steps away.
The 50amp pedestal is at the rear of the RV space on the driver's side, making utilitity hookups close and convenient - and when La Casita Encantada B&B isn't occupied by short-term renters, it's available for renters of the RV space to share with the property owner or resident manager short-term (a few hours) at no additional charge for doing laundry, cooking, taking a shower or watching TV. For longer-term usage (a day or two), renters of the RV space or their guests are entitled to a 20% discount from the standard $75 / night rate for exclusive use of the casita.
* SHOULDER SEASON RENTAL of El Espacio Encantado for Spring (April 1 - May 31) and Autumn (October 1- November 30). These two Shoulder Season periods represent the transition between the Winter and Summer Seasons, and in many ways these months are the best time of the year in southwestern Arizona, given the generally lovely spring and autumn weather and lack of crowding that is common in the winter. El Espacio Encantado rental rate for April, May, October and November is $495 / month, plus electricity.
* OFF-SEASON SUMMER RENTAL of El Espacio Encantado (June 1 - September 30). This is Yuma's quieter, less-crowded summer season. El Espacio Encantado is available for short-term rental on a daily ($35 / night, three-night minimum), weekly ($195 / week) or monthly basis ($395 / month) during the summer season, plus electricity.
* PRIME WINTER SEASON RENTAL of El Espacio Encantado (December 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025) is only available as a four-month seasonal block rental at $695 / month, plus electricity. Reservations for the next winter season open September 1st, and it's first come, first served. (PLEASE NOTE: El Espacio Encantado (the RV space) has already been booked from November 15, 2024 through April 15, 2025 by a returning guest.)
* ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED only in the daily rental rate for Short-Term (one month or less) renters of the rental RV space who decline the short-term rental discount option (ask for details). For all other renters of the RV space, electricity is charged at $0.19 / kWh and an electricity deposit of $195 is collected at check-in ($395 deposit during the summer months). This deposit is fully refundable upon payment of the final electricity bill, or a renter may opt to have the final month's bill deducted from the deposit at check-out, with any remaining balance refunded in cash prior to departure.
* OPTIONAL INTERNET ACCESS is available at $42.50 / month. With WiFi, access to streaming channels is possible, and Netflix and Apple + are provided at no additional cost. Many other streaming channels are also available at renter's expense.
* RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED for the rental RV space for any season with a non-refundable deposit ($695 to reserve the four-month Prime Winter Season; $495 to reserve during either Shoulder Season; $395 to reserve during the four-month Summer Season). The entire reservation deposit will be applied to the rental at check-in, at which time the remaining balance, if any, is collected. Reservations are accepted up to three months in advance of check-in.
* ALL PETS ARE WELCOME at no additional charge, though certain dog breeds will only be accepted after meeting them and determining they are not dangerously aggressive nor excessively noisy. Pets are not allowed in the casita, and all pets confined to an RV must be provided adequate clean water 24 / 7 and functioning air conditioning during hot weather. This is a very pet-friendly property, but it's still necessary to have certain, common sense conditions understood clearly in advance.
* THOSE WHO CHOOSE to leave before their prepaid rental period ends forfeit the balance of their rental period and receive no refund for the unused days. Vacating the rental RV space or the casita temporarily for a period of time to travel elsewhere, then returning to the casita or the RV space to resume occupancy is certainly permitted if the property owner is advised of such plans in advance. Smoking is not permitted in the casita and drinking alcohol is not permitted in the swim spa.

The resident manager and his small dog are onsite 24 / 7 and occupy the east side RV space in a Teton fifth wheel from ~mid-spring through ~mid-September. The property owner occupies the same fifth wheel from about October 1 through April 31 each year, along with his two small dogs and two parrots.
* WARNING: Once you experience "camping" on a private lot with all these amenities, you'll never be satisfied staying in a typical crowded RV park again! 😎
