Chef Molly was amazing per usual!

Wonderful experience! Molly was informative, knowledgeable and very approachable. As a better than average cook I can say that I learned a trick or two!It was a fun and enjoyable few hours.

Molly was wonderful; we really enjoyed our class! We learned some new skills, laughed a lot and enjoyed eating our meal!

It was not Chef Michael, but she was great! Seemed a tad rushed, maybe due to the large size of the class. She was friendly, and informative, and the food was delicious.

Hi! The chef was nice. She seemed VERY nervous. The dough was premade for the yeast donuts. A bummer. We cooked on kind of a camping burner. Really hard to keep grease at the right temp. Everyone’s donuts were raw inside (tester), then burnt on the outside to get them done. Started with what felt like a 20 min delay (speech) waiting for another group that didn’t show. Finished 30 min late. Felt rushed. Sad. Wanted this to be so yummy and educational.

The Instructor was "world class" with supportive instructions and humorous analogies. Considering taking the class for a second time.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
