After selling Fox News host Bret Baier a Palm Beach house for $37 million, Roberta S. Weiner just closed a $16 million purchase of a nearby condominium in West Palm Beach, according to the deeds recorded for both transactions.
Using a trust, Weiner bought the four-bedroom condo, No. 804, at The Bristol, the ultra-luxury tower on the South Flagler Drive waterfront. The condo on the south side of the building’s eighth residential floor offers dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Palm Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway and the city of West Palm Beach.
Weiner’s husband is Boston real estate developer Stephen R.Weiner. He founded S.R.Weiner& Associates and co-founded Weiner Venturs and WS Development. Among its projects, the latter company manages The Royal Poinciana Plaza shopping center in Palm Beach.
The sellers at The Bristol were a former Palm Beach couple, entrepreneur and car dealer Stephen “Steve” A. Hall and his wife, Joy, the deed recorded Thursday shows. They soldthe condo as co-trustees of a Dallas-based family trust in their names. That trust was also on the seller’s side when the Halls bought the condo for a recorded $8 million in May 2020.

Steve Hall’s professional resume includes founding and serving as CEO of driversselect, a Dallas-based used-car dealership that sold in 2018 to Sonic Automotive Group. He also is involved in Echo Park, another used-car business in the Dallas area.
The Bristol deed shows Roberta Weiner bought the condo as trustee of the 125 Wells Road Land Trust. She acted as trustee of the same trust when she sold Baier thefive-bedroom house at the Wells Road address via a deed recorded Aug. 4.
Baier, in turn, bought the Wells Road property as trustee of a trust in his full name, William B. Baier, according to the courthouse records for the off-market sale. In the ocean block of the street, the house is about a mile away from the smaller home Baier and his wife, Amy, bought early last year from fashion designer and real estate investor Tommy Hilfiger.
Baierhosts Fox News’ “Special Report withBretBaier” and is the news division’s chief political anchor. Before that, he was the network's chief White House correspondent and Pentagon correspondent.

In the Halls’ 2020 purchase at The Bristol, they were represented by Douglas Elliman Real Estate agent Arno de Vos; he negotiated opposite his Elliman colleagueSonja Stevens, who held the listing.
With 24 residential floors and 69 condos, The Bristol set a new standard for multi-family luxury when it was completed in 2019 at 1100 S. Flagler Drive, immediately south of the Royal Palm Bridge that connects West Palm Beach to Palm Beach. Sales there have repeatedly set new condo price records in Palm Beach County.
Offering top-drawer amenities and concierge-style service, The Bristol was developed by Al Adelson and Eugene Golub of Flagler Investors LLC. Also involved was real estate developer and investor Jack Azout of Elion Partners in Aventura.
This isn't the first condo the Weiners have owned in South Floria. In September 2015, the couple set what was then a price record for an oceanfront condominium in Palm Beach whentheysold their renovated two-bedroom unit, No. N-31, at 2 N. Breakers Row for a recorded $12 millionto a Boston-based trust. Broker Linda Gary of Linda A. Gary Real Estate handled both sides of the Breakers Row sale.
The Halls once had a vacation home in Palm Beach. In 2020, they sold, for a recorded $7 million, the contemporary-style house they owned on Ibis Isle at 2299 Ibis Isle Road East. Stephen Presson of the Corcoran Group acted on their behalf in that sale and also represented the buyers, fabric designer Bart Halpern and media-consultant Lawrence Kaplan.
