How do I get Google Maps answers? ›

Search for a place, or tap it on the map. At the bottom, tap the name of the place. Under "Questions & answers," tap See questions.

Answers refers to questions like "Is this place expensive?" or "Does this place accept credit cards?" that Maps asks after a user visits a place. Answers are only visible to Google.

If your query returns few results or none, there may be a link to Google Answers on the results page. Otherwise, visit answers.google.com.

On your Android phone or tablet, touch and hold the Home button or say "Hey Google."

Make sure your device recognized the question correctly. Ask your Assistant the question again. Say "Hey Google, repeat the question" to make sure your Assistant understood you correctly. If it's still not recognizing the question, try to speak slower or try another question.
